I’m Daniel Dahlstrom, a UK-born music producer and sound designer based in Brisbane. I create electronic and cinematic music across chillout, lofi, future bass, pop, and drum and bass styles.

Starting with guitar just a few years ago, music quickly became my main form of self-expression. With a degree in Electronic Music Production and experience tutoring Ableton Live, I’m passionate about crafting immersive soundscapes through arrangement, mixing, songwriting, and what I call “immersive sonic sculpting” — blending textures and atmospheres to tell emotional stories.

As Lotra, my producer alias, I combine energetic drum and bass rhythms with serene chillout vibes to create a unique, ethereal sound that invites listeners on a deep, emotional journey.
